Christmas is just 16 days away…

But you want to sell urgently. What do you do? 

First of all, don't panic there's still time.
The number of sales in the final days leading up to Christmas is staggering, so keep focused right up until Christmas Eve, as it is not too
late! We have worked across 32 Christmas seasons and time after time, the results have been incredible.

Typically at this time of year buyers are frustrated, and are wanting to put an end to their search and secure a new home before Christmas. Similarly, sellers are often tired of the sale journey and are in the mood to finalise their sale before the break so they can move on and start a new chapter in the New Year.

Most real estate agencies start to slow down in the lead up to Christmas and will tell you that it's best to hold off until January, but Team Toop will be working right through until Christmas Eve to put contracts in place and hold auctions. 

We don't know how the Adelaide market will perform in January and February, but what we do know is that we've had the best October and November sales results in recent memory which is why you need to act now while the market is hot.
